The Vacancy
Key Responsibilities and Duties
1. Champion Health and Safety in the workplace, displaying excellent personal safety and challenging unsafe behaviour.
2. Manage and oversee multiple projects with a proactive client focus.
3. Ensure project Detailers issue approval drawings to meet expectations and delivery dates.
4. Ensure production drawings are issued timely and in agreement with the production manager.
5. Ensure construction drawings are issued prior to product delivery to site, including fixing and installation guides.
6. Provide accurate drawings to minimise NCRs.
7. Maintain records for successful project management.
8. Produce Operation and Maintenance Manuals in partnership with Detailers and as requested by clients.
9. Monitor and amend Product Delivery Dates to align with client programmes.
10. Quantify, order, and control brick requirements, avoiding delays.
11. Hold regular client meetings to review progress and address issues.
12. Advise, quote, and claim variations affecting costs.
13. Update the project database daily for accurate reporting and workload prioritisation.
14. Control carriage charges and recover additional costs from clients.
15. Produce reports and presentations detailing variations and invoice differences.
16. Manage projects to prevent delays and claims.
17. Provide basic calculations for products, consulting Structural Engineering team if needed.
18. Produce operation and maintenance manuals with Detailers and Engineers as requested.
19. Respond to technical queries promptly with high customer service standards.
20. Attend site visits to develop relationships, resolve technical issues, and develop product design, with follow-up reports.
21. Uphold a customer-first service culture.
22. Develop and maintain client relationships with regular communication.
23. Record and monitor customer service issues, providing reports including additional costs incurred.
24. Coach customers with product presentations and conduct site installation training.
25. Support colleagues to exceed targets and meet KPIs.
26. Perform other reasonable tasks as market conditions evolve.
