Customer Contract Manager – Rugby (Day Shift) Salary: Up to £38,000 | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm Logistics done differently. We’re looking for a Customer Contract Manager to take the reins on our brand-new partnership with Joseph Joseph, based at our Rugby site. This is a key role where you’ll be the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring service excellence, operational performance, and continuous improvement. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £38,000 per annum. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day: Managing the day-to-day relationship with the customer and internal site teams Leading weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with clear KPI reporting across warehouse, transport, and inventory Monitoring and controlling costs to ensure the site meets or exceeds budget targets Driving a strong health & safety culture across the operation Supporting regional sites involved in the customer’s supply chain Handling customer and operational escalations with confidence and clarity Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities What you need to succeed at XPO: Essential: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Essential: Experience in a 3PL transport environment managing a large customer Essential: Proven ability to manage and report on KPIs Essential: Confident in leading customer reviews and handling escalations Essential: A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement We strive to create an inclusive environment for all our colleagues, where everyone feels welcomed, empowered and where you can bring your true self to work.
