Position Overview
You will play a crucial role in delivering an efficient service to clients purchasing new build residential properties. You will manage your own caseload, liaising with developers, clients, lenders and agents to ensure a smooth and timely process from instruction to completion.
Responsibilities
1. Manage a caseload of new build residential conveyancing files, ensuring timely progression and completion
2. Draft and review contracts, handle exchange and completion, and deal with post-completion matters
3. Liaise with developers, clients, lenders and agents to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving
4. Provide comprehensive advice to clients, helping them understand the legal process and make informed decisions
5. Collaborate with the conveyancing team and support staff to deliver high-quality service and achieve client satisfaction
Requirements
6. Minimum 2 years' experience handling new build conveyancing transactions
7. Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
8. Excellent communication and client care skills
9. Ability to manage a busy caseload with attention to detail and efficiency
