What you'll be doing:
Producing the Electrical Power System equipment and systems definition by undertaking functional design, deriving functional and non-functional requirements, defining spatial and operational needs, assessing safety impact and specifyingAuthoring and reviewing technical documentationManaging associated risks, assumptions and dependencies ensuring appropriate mitigation to deliver a coherent system definitionLiaising with and providing advice on electrical power technical aspects to subject matter experts across a broad range of engineering disciplinesTake a leading role by guiding more junior members of the team through the systems definition process
Your skills and experience:
Degree qualified (Electrical Engineering) or equivalent Engineering experienceEngineering chartership required (or significant progress towards chartership can be demonstrated)Significant knowledge of AC and DC electrical power distribution systems and associated sub-system/components xkzlcktExperience of working in complex design programmesAbility to perform analysis using recognised analytical toolsProven experience of leading and coaching others
