Our Client Communications team translates complexity into clarity, turning data into compelling narratives that inform, engage, and empower customers. You will own customer-facing content from regulatory updates to service notifications, guiding, reassuring, and informing with precision and purpose.
What You'll Own
* Craft clear, engaging copy for both internal and external audiences — including contractual updates, compliance notices, product launches, support guides, newsletters, and more.
* Shape content that enhances the customer journey, ensuring tone, style, and structure are aligned with our brand and audience needs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gain approvals, refine messaging, and manage the production and distribution of materials.
* Lead communication projects from start to finish — defining scope, setting timelines, and coordinating resources.
* Consult with internal teams to understand their goals and recommend the best communication strategies to achieve them.
* Continuously assess the impact of communications, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and resonate with our audience.
* Maintain accurate records and performance metrics to support team goals and transparency.
* Liaise with external vendors to prepare and deliver high-quality materials.
* Take on additional duties as needed — flexibility is key.
Qualifications
* A degree in Communications or equivalent experience.
* Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong project management capabilities and a knack for juggling multiple priorities.
* A collaborative spirit and the confidence to work across teams and levels.
* Natural curiosity and a drive to uncover the best solutions for our customers.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
* Experience in the payments or fintech industry is a plus.
