This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead new business development, strengthen key customer relationships, and drive growth across high-value programmes in composites, additive manufacturing and precision engineering.
Role
* Develop and deliver the aerospace and defence sales strategy to achieve company growth targets.
* Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities with OEMs, primes and tier-one suppliers.
* Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
* Collaborate with internal engineering teams to develop competitive proposals and technical bids.
* Represent the business at key industry events, customer meetings and trade shows.
* Proven sales experience within the aerospace, defence or advanced manufacturing sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate complex contracts.
* Track record of securing high-value projects with OEMs or tier suppliers.
* Technical understanding of composites, additive manufacturing or precision engineering is advantageous.
* Confident communicator, self-motivated and able to work independently.
