Overview
Delivery Postie with Driving role at Royal Mail. Location: Richmond (TW) Delivery Office, TW9 2RL. Job type: Permanent contract. Hours: 30:00 hours per week, 5 days across Monday - Sunday, typically 08:00 - 14:00 and 13:30 - 19:30. Due to operational demand, you will be required to work 1 in 3 Sundays 09:00-15:00.

Responsibilities
* Deliver mail and parcels as part of a driving route, facilitating service to local communities.
* Deliver consistently and safely, in all weather conditions, maintaining high standards of customer service and punctuality.
* Be part of the local community, representing Royal Mail with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Work outdoors and be prepared for walking long periods as part of a physical role.
* Ensure accurate handling of deliveries and compliance with operational procedures.

* Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
What We Do For You
* A guaranteed hourly rate of £15.50p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours)
* Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of x1.25 for any hours worked over 40 hours a week
* 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours a week) and the option to buy extra leave each year
