Responsibilities
* Lead pharmacist for oncology / SACT within a busy hospital setting
* Advanced clinical input to oncology wards and day units
* Involvement in specialist oncology clinics and pathways
* Key role in SACT governance, protocols and guidelines
* Supervision and development of band 6/7 pharmacists, technicians and trainees
* Lead and support audits, QI and service development in cancer services

Qualifications
* Confident in high-level clinical decision making
* Experience supporting junior staff and contributing to service development
* Independent Prescriber (or working towards / keen to complete IP)
