Job Summary
The Senior Expert Procurement and Supply Chain role is a key and influential position within the NTT DATA Digital Core Practice. You will be part of a wider team responsible for the design and implementation of SAP solutions, supporting customer engagements and delivering Procurement and Supply Chain solutions in coordination with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and the Integration Team to deliver high-quality solutions integrated with core S/4/ECC and non-SAP systems.
Responsibilities
* Support Procurement and Supply Chain Solution Architect to work with customers and NTT DATA sales and business development teams to translate business requirements into a solution leveraging Procurement and Supply Chain capabilities; assist in drafting statements of works for sales and deal reviews; lead and coordinate integrated workshops with senior stakeholders.
* Provide thought leadership on Supply Chain strategy, focusing on Procurement and Supply Chain solutions and roadmaps.
* Act as the design authority to ensure Procurement and Supply Chain solutions align with industry best practices.
* Engage in continuous learning to stay at the forefront of technology; share expert knowledge to develop others and improve business processes.
* Identify potential repeat and extended business opportunities; support growth by recognizing customer opportunities.
* Demonstrate strength in delivery within SAP MM and configuration for Procurement and Supply Chain processes; experience with ECC WM and Basic EWM.
Required Skills/Abilities
* Ability to communicate, influence, convince, and inspire as a trusted advisor within the Procurement and Supply Chain solution architecture field.
* Proven track record delivering customer projects and providing Procurement and Supply Chain solutions for complex requirements.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly develop relationships with stakeholders to become a trusted advisor.
* Gravitas and integrity; ability to overcome unforeseen situations while keeping business objectives in mind.
* Decision-making capability in complex environments.
* A desire to learn and stay ahead of evolving technology; actively share expertise in a structured way.
Personal Profile – Experience
* More than 10 years of professional experience in an SAP environment, with at least 6 years in Procurement and Supply Chain consulting.
* Experience in solution design and architecture with successful delivery across more than 5 full project lifecycles.
* Cross-functional knowledge is desirable; understanding of core processes in other logistics modules.
