Accounts Assistant
Part Time hours: Flexible around 25-27 per week
location: Eastleigh
Start Date: 9th February
Office Angels are delighted to be partnering with our client who are market leaders in their field.
They are a small friendly team and are in the middle of transitioning their Accounts systems from Sage to Xero so are looking for extra support in the team for at least a period of 6 months.
There could be a potential for a permanent role longer term for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
1. Supplier Invoice Processing
2. Credit Control
3. Purchasing Administration
4. Reconciliation
5. Raising Customer Invoices
6. Expenses
7. Purchase Orders
You will need to be familiar with Sage or Xero and have accounts administration background.
