This popular national firm is looking to hire an Associate to advise NHS organisations, localernment, independent health and social care providers, emergency services providers and primary healthcare providers on a broad range of property litigation matters. These include high value dilapidations disputes, advising on restrictive covenants and easements for site disposals, 1954 Act security of tenure and lease renewals, recovery of arrears frommercial tenants and removing squatters and "bed blockers". Previous property litigation experience is essential, public sector knowledge is desirable but not vital.
