Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Ophthalmology Service

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, forward-thinking Registered Nurse to join the Ophthalmology Service at NHS Golden Jubilee Hospital.
The Eye Centre is a bespoke, purpose-built facility, integrating Ophthalmology Outpatient Clinics, Pre & Post Op areas, and Ophthalmology Theatres. The new unit aims to ensure high-quality elective Cataract services to meet the demands of an aging population.
The post holder should possess a caring and compassionate demeanor towards patients and staff, have good communication and leadership skills, and display a “Can Do” attitude. The ability to prioritize conflicting demands to meet patient and service needs is essential.
The Eye Centre Clinical Education and Nurse Management Team will support the successful candidate to meet all role requirements.
We are looking for a Registered Adult Nurse with a First Level nursing degree (or equivalent), extensive Ophthalmology theatre experience, and proven management experience.
