Opus Vitae is working with a well-established leader in their field, to find a proactive and commercially-minded Sales Estimator to join their team in Welshpool. What you could be doing * Reviewing and interpreting incoming enquiries and technical specifications * Preparing accurate, timely quotations, tenders and bids for customers * Managing and developing relationships with new and existing clients * Supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets * Working closely with technical teams to provide compliant and cost-effective solutions * Updating and managing CRM systems, and maintaining accurate sales records * Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to handover to production What we’re looking for * Previous experience in estimating, technical sales, or customer-facing commercial roles * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * A confident communicator with strong commercial awareness * Well-organised and methodical approach with the ability to meet tight deadlines * Strong written and verbal communication skills * IT confident, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office * A team player who is proactive, self-motivated and customer focused What you’ll get in return * Salary of £28,000, dependent on experience * Team-based bonus scheme * 4-day working week, supporting better work-life balance * Career development and progression opportunities * Collaborative and supportive working environment This is a permanent role and you will be employed directly through the employer
