As Research Manager, you’ll:
- Lead and inspire a team of researchers working on proof-of-concept (PoC) projects.
- Translate customer and partner needs into innovative, practical technology demonstrations.
- Oversee projects across AI, Data Analytics, Agent-based Modelling, and emerging system architectures.
- Drive both technical excellence and business value, ensuring that research outcomes are impactful and relevant.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines while ensuring delivery of world-class results.
- Review patents and research publications to maintain high academic and commercial standards.

What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience managing research teams, resources, and budgets.
- Expertise across AI, data analytics, or modelling technologies.
- PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant field, with a strong track record of publications.
- Proven experience leading external R&D collaborations and PoC initiatives.
