Location: Blackburn, Lancashire (Whitebirk Industrial Estate)
Salary: £44,804.99 + annual bonus + comprehensive benefits
Shifts: Rotating weekly – Monday to Friday (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)

The Role: CNC & Manual Miller
We are looking for an experienced CNC & Manual Miller to join a modern toolmaking facility. You will play a vital role in precision milling operations that drive high standards in quality, safety, and cost-efficiency.
✨ Key Responsibilities
* Operate CNC Vertical Machining Centres and perform manual milling tasks
* Develop efficient methods for machining new and existing products
* Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised workspace
* Identify and implement improvement opportunities using continuous improvement tools
* Contribute positively to a strong team culture
* Participate in training and development activities as needed

What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years post-apprenticeship experience in milling
* Strong skills in CNC milling (Vertical Machining Centres)
* Experience with Mazatrol programming (desirable)
* Full capability in manual milling
* A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to contribute to team success
