CNC Press Brake Operator - Days or Nights Location: Lytham St Annes Shift Options: Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday Days: 7:00am - 4:30pm Nights Pay Rate: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience) The Role We are currently recruiting an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join a busy and growing engineering business. You will be responsible for producing both standard and bespoke metal components to a high-quality standard while meeting production targets. Key Responsibilities Setting and operating CNC press brake machinery in a production environment Maintaining high quality standards at all times for standard and bespoke products Carrying out regular quality checks using measuring equipment Reading and understanding engineering drawings Proactively communicating with Supervisors, Managers, and Quality Control regarding production, quality, and H&S matters Maintaining a clean and tidy work area in line with 5S activities Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures, including correct use of PPE Requirements Proven CNC experience in a production environment Experience setting and operating CNC machinery (press brake experience essential) Good understanding of measuring equipment and quality checks Ability to interpret engineering drawings Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing principles Positive attitude, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail What's on Offer Competitive hourly rates: £14 - £16 per hour Choice of day or night shifts Stable shifts with a 4-day working week Overtime available Opportunity to work in a well-established engineering environment To apply, please submit your CV or contact us for more information.
