We are searching for a proven Area Manager to lead a district of 13 pubs in central London. The role involves driving performance, managing teams of about 350 staff, and ensuring high standards of food, drink, and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure teams deliver high standards in food, drink, and service, with passion and pride.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of approximately 350 across 13 pubs.
- Coach and mentor staff to foster succession planning.
- Support teams across the district to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Create and implement commercial strategies to grow local sales.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and risk‑free environment.

- Proven track record operating in the London pub marketplace.
