Reporting to the Onshore Solutions Design & Delivery Manager within the Customer Experience Team, this role will support the Recycle vertical. You will co-ordinate the onboarding activity associated with both suppliers and customers of our Recycle service. This role holder will manage the end to end experience ensuring the timely delivery and a customer centric approach at all times.
About the Role
* A thorough understanding of the various recycle service options available and the ability to assign the correct services in alignment with the customers needs.
* Using a pricing matrix provide accurate quotations for future brokers as per their service requirements.
* In depth knowledge of the Smiths News Recycle network and the services available by geographical area.
* Using a variety of company systems manage all administrative duties associated with the onboarding of suppliers and customers of the recycle.
* Set up multiple brokers on the system and manage the communication from initial set up through to BAU.
* Timely management of the key phases associated with the setting up of new customers on the Recycle service using the key trackers used in the business.
* Own and manage all customer comms using the key channels of communication including; phone, email and any future capabilities.
* Accurate completion of company documentation associated with the setting up of brokers and customers.
* Provide and maintain monthly reports to support the manual billing of brokers.

About you
* Organised individual that works in a structured manner with good attention to detail.
* Good understanding of excel, word, PowerPoint and working via Teams channels.
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage with customers and brokers in line with the company values.
* Self motivated and ability to work at pace in a customer facing environment.
