Job Description:
Are you an experienced Learning & Development Manager who is passionate about driving professional growth and skill development? We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative learning programmes.
This role involves working closely with the HR Director to align learning initiatives with organisational goals, promoting continuous improvement and success.
As a Learning & Development Manager, you will shape the workforce by fostering a robust learning environment and guiding employees towards their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the creation and delivery of engaging learning programmes, including induction and onboarding.
* Design training materials and collaborate with subject matter experts.
* Establish partnerships with external apprenticeship providers.
* Mentor and manage regional trainers, ensuring they have necessary skills and resources.
* Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and enhance learning through technology.
* Monitor compliance training and update materials based on regulatory changes.
* Report training progress to the Senior Leadership Team.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days weekly at South Birmingham office and occasional travel nationwide.
