🔐 IT Support & Information Security Analyst
📍 Hybrid – Central Manchester (2 days per week in office)
💰 Salary up to £35,000
We’re recruiting an IT & Information Security Analyst to join a growing, cloud-first technology business. This is a hands‑on role sitting at the intersection of internal IT support and information security, offering excellent exposure to security frameworks and best practices.
🔑 What you’ll be working on
* Day‑to‑day internal IT support and systems administration
* Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and endpoint management
* User access control, device security, and secure configuration
* Supporting ISO9001 / ISO27001 security and quality frameworks
* Improving cyber hygiene, documentation, and internal processes
✅ Essential experience
* Background in IT Support, Helpdesk, or IT Systems Administration
* Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and endpoint tools
* Interest or experience in ISO9001 / ISO27001
* Solid understanding of security best practices (access control, encryption, secure configuration)
⭐ Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience in Contact Centre, Telephony, VoIP, or CCaaS environments
* Understanding of networking fundamentals, SIP, SBCs, or cloud telephony
