Are you passionate about the world of coffee, commercial coffee equipment, and building something great?
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join Ali Group’s Coffee Division UK — representing some of the industry's most respected brands including Rancilio, Crem, and Egro.
The Role:
This is a growth-focused position where you'll drive new business across the UK, manage and grow existing key accounts, develop strategic partnerships, and help shape our presence in the market. You'll work with a passionate, experienced team – but also have the autonomy to make a real impact.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in the coffee, catering, or HoReCa equipment space
* A track record of winning new business and managing existing customer relationships
* A self-starter with energy, ideas, and drive
* Bonus if you’ve worked with distributors, roasters, or service partners
Location:
Ideally based in the Midlands or North of England to support growth in those areas — but we’re flexible
for the right person.
