Role Overview
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with at least 2 years’ experience and a strong foundation across print, digital design and PowerPoint presentation design.
You’ll work across a range of healthcare brands, helping translate complex, scientific, data-rich content into clear, engaging and visually impactful communications. The role will focus primarily on digital and print design, including emails, landing pages, and infographics, while also supporting with branding and presentation design where needed.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how ideas come to life visually, ensuring consistency, clarity, and high standards across all deliverables.
We’re looking for a creative designer who can simplify complexity, with a strong eye for craft, clarity and detail. You’ll be collaborative in your approach, comfortable working across disciplines, and adaptable in a multi-brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Creating engaging digital assets, including emails, infographics, and landing pages
· Producing polished print materials (reports, leave-pieces, event collateral)
· Creating PowerPoint presentations and templates
· Support Creative Lead with ideation and branding projects
· Translating complex scientific and data-driven content into clear, visually compelling designs
· Working across a range of brands, ensuring consistency and accuracy against guidelines
· Collaborating closely with strategy, content, and client teams
· Managing multiple projects and priorities effectively
Qualifications
* At least 2 years’ experience in a design role (agency experience a plus)
* A strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and PowerPoint presentation work
* Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
* Advanced PowerPoint skills, including building structured, on-brand templates
* Confidence working with data-heavy or content-rich materials
* Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
* Ability to adapt across multiple brands and styles
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Desired but not essential:
* Experience in healthcare, pharma, or med comms
* Experience working with scientific or technical content
* Understanding of UX/UI or digital best practices
