Location: Across Surrey | Pay: £101.40 – £115 per day | Term-Time Only

We’re looking for Learning Support Assistants to join our network of SEND schools across Surrey, supporting pupils with ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and complex learning needs.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be on the frontline of learning and development. From supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to helping teachers create inclusive lessons, your impact will be immediate and tangible. You’ll be a consistent, calm, and encouraging presence, helping children engage, overcome challenges, and celebrate every achievement — no matter how small.
You’ll also collaborate with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to ensure that each child receives the tailored support they need. Here, your empathy, patience, and positivity aren’t just valued — they’re essential.

What does a Cover Supervisor do?
10. Supervise whole classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly
11. Deliver pre-prepared work and keep pupils focused and engaged
12. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
13. Provide support and guidance where needed, helping pupils stay on track
14. Be a positive role model, creating a calm and productive learning environment

What we’re looking for:
20. A degree (any subject) or proven experience with young people, backed up by a confident can-do attitude
21. Excellent communication and organisational skills
22. Professional presence and the ability to adapt quickly
23. Previous experience in education, youth work, coaching, or tutoring is helpful, but not essential
