In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the operational management of Total Cost of Ownership activities—ensuring the smooth delivery of extended warranty pricing, service contract processing, and the implementation of key tools within SAP and other systems. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make a real impact. What does this role involve day to day? Monitor and respond to dealer enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication Maintain Extended Warranty pricing within SAP, ensuring data integrity and alignment with current programmes Investigate and resolve pricing and invoicing issues in SAP, collaborating with relevant departments as required Support the implementation of new Extended Warranty programmes and campaigns within SAP Assist in the rollout and adoption of a new Service Contract Management Tool Process both orders and claims received through the new Service Contract Management Tool, ensuring compliance and accuracy This will be suited to you if You have excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills You’re confident managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel You have working knowledge of SAP and are comfortable navigating system-based processes What happens next?
