Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced candidate for an HR & Payroll Administrator job in Lutterworth to join a well-established team based out of Magna Park, Lutterworth.
This role is focused on enhancing organisational effectiveness by accurately executing HR and payroll processes, facilitating clear communication between employees and management, and contributing to a positive and compliant workplace environment.

About the role
As part of this HR & Payroll Administrator job in Lutterworth, you will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations and payroll administration. Responsibilities include:
5. Assisting with the administration of human resources processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
6. Supporting data entry tasks related to employee information, attendance, and payroll records
7. Preparing and processing annual bonus payments, annual pay rises, promotions, and incentives
8. Supporting recruitment activities by organising candidate documentation and scheduling interviews
9. Facilitating and assisting with disciplinary and grievance processes/hearings, including note-taking
10. Contributing to the analysis of HR data to identify trends and support decision-making
11. Providing general administrative support, including filing, correspondence, and document preparation
12. Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation
