Your new role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the classroom? As a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant, you will:
1. Support small groups and individual pupils with learning activities
2. Adapt learning materials to meet diverse needs, including SEN students
3. Provide pastoral care, encouraging confidence and independence
4. Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and maintaining a positive learning environment
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for someone who:
5. Has experience (voluntary or paid) supporting children’s learning
6. Demonstrates patience, empathy, and strongmunication skills
7. Works flexibly and collaboratively within a busy school setting
8. Holds (or is working towards) a relevant qualification (, Level 2/3 TA, CACHE) – not essential, but desirable
