Paid Social Manager (B2B) | Remote with Monthly London Meet-Up | B2B Agency | LinkedIn Ads


This award-winning B2B marketing agency has no office!


You’ll work fully remotely, meeting up with the team in London once a month, so you’ll need to be within a two-hour commute of central London.

Unlike many agencies, you won’t be overloaded with accounts. Each team member manages no more than five clients, giving you the time and focus to dive deep into strategy, testing, and delivering real ROI.


The Role

You’ll join a collaborative B2B marketing agency that partners with some of the fastest-growing SaaS and Tech brands.


As Paid Social Manager, you’ll take the lead on all things LinkedIn Ads – the agency’s fastest-growing service area. You’ll shape strategy, guide best practice, and work closely with the Head of Paid Media to drive performance across social channels.


This is a standout opportunity for someone exceptional with LinkedIn Ads to step up, take ownership of Paid Social, and influence how it evolves across the agency.


Day to Day, You’ll:

* Lead on LinkedIn Ads strategy and execution for B2B clients
* Manage campaigns from setup to optimisation, testing creative and audiences
* Analyse performance and make data-led recommendations to maximise ROI/ROAS
* Collaborate with design and copy teams to create standout ad content
* Provide strategic input on paid social opportunities for existing and new clients
* Support wider performance activity across Paid Search (Google, Bing) where relevant
* Produce clear, insight-driven reports using GA4, CRM systems, and dashboards
* Partner with the Head of Paid Media to develop the agency’s Paid Social offering

What You’ll Bring

* Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns in a B2B environment
* Strong understanding of B2B funnels, targeting, and lead gen strategies
* Confidence leading client conversations and presenting insights
* A proactive, curious mindset – always testing and improving performance
* Experience with Google Ads or Bing Ads is a bonus, but Paid Social will be your main focus
