Ensuring care is always delivered in line with the standards set out by the CQC, Local Authority and other relevant regulatory professional bodies
Being a great mentor who can provide support, guidance and leadership to the care home staff
Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home
Criteria to apply: Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
Strong leadership skills
Good knowledge / use of clinical care systems and governance
Prior experience in a senior clinical position within a care home
