We welcome applications from experienced candidates looking for part-time or flexible hours.

Were looking for an experienced and commercially minded social and content specialist to lead a brilliant portfolio of FMCG brands across social media strategy, content development, influencer marketing, and community management. Youll manage a growing team, work closely with clients, and take ownership of the full social and content mix from ideas to execution. This is a senior role, but very much hands on. We want someone whos happy leading from the front, shaping strategy, and getting stuck in when needed.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

s Oversee the creation and execution of engaging, insight led content and campaigns across multiple clien

ts Line manage and develop three Social Media and/or Marketing Executives, including 1:1s, PDPs and annual revi

ews Lead client liaison, presenting strategies, reports and performance updates, building trusted relations

hips Work closely with the Creative Director and content creators to deliver outstanding creative

work Drive community management standards and oversee social listening to inform real time response and trend

usage Manage influencer marketing strategy and execution, including outreach, relationships, and campaign d

elivery Lead brand partnership and collaboration opportunities across

clients Use internal tools to gain insight and measure performance, setting and tracking KPIs ac

cordingly Support and collaborate on broader marketing projects and integrated campaigns with cross agenc

y partners Own and optimise social media platforms, processes, and best practices acro

ss the team Undertake business operations including reporting, presentations, budget tracking and day to day TMC lead

ership tasks Support with new business generation, business management and onboarding of new clients

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience managing multiple brands across various social media platforms in a fast paced environment Experience leading and developing high performing individuals and teams Strong creative thinking and content storytelling abilities Track record of growing social communities and engagement Up to date knowledge of social trends, platform changes, and the broader digital landscape Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic relationships with clients and colleagues Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of the UK retail landscape and the role social and content plays in driving brand performance across FMCG and consumer categories A genuine passion for brands, content, and marketing Proactive, solution focused mindset and leads by example Strong organisational and time management skills across multiple projects A preference for agile working and seeing ideas come to life quickly Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands on level; from setting direction to writing captions, jumping into community management, or tweaking a content calendar when needed
