Responsibilities
* Create and star in short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that makes money lessons feel easy, cool, and impossible to scroll past.
* Write sharp, engaging copy—from witty captions to snackable explainers.
* Turn financial topics such as saving, earning, and budgeting into clever, age‑appropriate stories that resonate with kids and parents alike.
* Collaborate across Brand, Design, Product teams to bring campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments to life.
* Stay ahead of trends and spot new ways to show up with authenticity, creativity, and cultural relevance.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience creating content for a consumer brand—bonus if in fintech, edtech, parenting, or youth culture.
* Comfortable on camera creating your own content, as well as briefing and directing creators to bring ideas to life.
* Confident creating content for both parents and kids—and know how to tailor tone and visuals accordingly.
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with an eye for what works on each platform.
* Experience filming and editing short‑form video (CapCut, Adobe Rush, or similar), comfortable producing on your phone.
* Natural collaborator with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
* Passionate about financial literacy, education, and making money skills feel accessible and fun.
Bonus Experience
* Experience in a fast‑paced start‑up/scale‑up or small agency environment.
* You are a parent and are comfortable with your kids appearing in content on our channels.
