EPM Sales Director

Henderson Drake is partnering with a global OneStream Diamond Partner as they continue to scale their UK and European presence. They are looking to bring in an experienced Sales Director to drive new logo acquisition, grow strategic accounts, and represent a highly regarded OneStream practice backed by deep delivery capability.
This role suits a senior EPM sales professional who enjoys owning relationships, shaping complex deals, and working closely with solution and delivery leaders to win meaningful transformation work.
The Role
You will take ownership of enterprise sales activity across the UK, engaging senior finance and IT stakeholders and positioning OneStream as a core platform for planning, reporting, and consolidation. The role is highly visible, with direct input into regional growth strategy and close alignment with consulting and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and drive the full sales cycle, from early conversations through to contract signature
* Build long-term relationships with CFOs, FP&A leaders, and technology decision-makers
* Develop new enterprise opportunities while expanding existing client relationships
* Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape compelling propositions
* Act as a trusted advisor, linking finance transformation goals to tangible platform value
* Contribute to UK go-to-market strategy and pipeline development
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years’ experience selling EPM or enterprise finance technology and services
* Strong exposure to platforms such as OneStream, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, SAP SAC/BPC, Workday Adaptive, BlackLine, or similar
* Proven success managing complex, consultative sales cycles at enterprise level
* Solid understanding of finance transformation, FP&A, and performance management
* Confidence operating at C-suite level with a relationship-led sales approach
