Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day running of the service(s) and manage a team to deliver person-centered support, promoting independence and positive outcomes for the people we support
* Develop and implement person-centered support plans; conduct care needs assessments
* Recruit and induct new colleagues; conduct supervisions and appraisals
* Complete medication competencies and audits; attend multi-disciplinary meetings
* Complete quarterly audits and reports; manage service P&L and ensure regulatory, legislative, internal and contractual requirements are met
* Adhere to policies and procedures and ensure appropriate notifications
* Provide a welcoming, dynamic, caring leadership style aligned with the care sector values
Qualifications and requirements
* Experience in a care management role; willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration
* Level 5 in Health & Social Care
* Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours
