Join or sign in to apply for the Multi Trader All rounder role at Midianet. Location: Surrey, South West London, South London, South East London, Biggin Hill, Kent. Temp to Perm positions available; 5 positions across different locations. Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm. Van and fuel card provided. £24.54 per hour via Umbrella. Good all round candidates with can do attitude.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of void properties in the areas listed.
* Carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties.
* Ensure Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
* Use protective clothing, a van and the specialist power tools provided.
* Provide excellent customer care and administrative skills, and enjoy working with people to find solutions to problems.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in your primary trade, with one or more secondary trades.
* Good customer care and administrative skills; ability to work with people.
