A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resources and Recruitment Officer (Maternity Cover) to join the award-winning HR team at The Berkeley hotel and The Emory hotel.
The Berkeley has been treading its own path for more than 100 years. Located midway between fashionable Knightsbridge and Belgravia, it continues to set new standards in style, comfort, and service.
The Emory, designed by the late Lord Richard Rogers, is an exclusive hub of art and culture, featuring 61 contemporary suites over nine floors, overlooking Hyde Park.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
As a Human Resources & Recruitment Officer, you will be passionate about people, an excellent communicator, and proactive. You will support approximately 580 team members and be a great team player.
Main responsibilities include:
* Providing comprehensive and confidential HR support to all employees of The Berkeley and The Emory.
* Managing the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and handling inquiries.
* Representing HR in disciplinary and grievance investigations.
* Managing onboarding processes, including paperwork and references.
* Maintaining HR records, filing, and reporting.
* Ensuring high service levels aligned with LQA standards.
Entry Requirements
Experience in a fast-paced HR role, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and preferably experience in 5-star hospitality.
This role is ideal for a talented individual seeking a challenge in a dynamic HR department within a luxury hotel environment.
