1to1 Group are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Assistant to join our clients growing sales and commercial team. This position is responsible to generate business opportunities by engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Role responsibilities:
1. Lead generation and appointment booking.
2. Conducting proactive telephone outreach to potential clients to introduce services.
3. Book high-quality appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating our value proposition.
4. Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified appointments.
5. Account management and support.
6. Conduct online and telephone research to identify contact names and relevant information.
