Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for a Brand Manager to join our Brand Marketing function based in Leeds! What you'll be responsible for: Driving sustainable value growth of both our Quorn and Cauldron brands within the UK retail market, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing plans in line with our overall brand vision and strategy. Working closely alongside our Marketing Director and wider team, you will own the execution of all below-the-line plans for both our brands along with executing above-the-line communication plans. This is an excellent opportunity for brand marketing professionals to expand their career within one of the UK's most recognisable food brands and the category leader in meat-free. You will be working closely with and learning from a best-in-class team and joining a business with a strong purpose and ambition driven by its people and passionate consumer base. The position will be based from our Leeds office circa 2-3 days per week along with the opportunity to work flexibly/remotely when required. What experience you'll need to have: - Demonstrable background within previous brand management roles - Excellent brand communication knowledge and experience with marketing exposure outside of large corporation FMCG - Passion for all things food and becoming a real custodian for the Quorn & Cauldron brands - If possible, present a background of working with brand agencies and managing partnerships - Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines - A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
