About The role The purpose of this role is to manage and be responsible for a caseload of apprentices and work-based learners, taking them on a successful and exciting journey to achieve their planned learning programme within the targeted timeframe. Post holders will be required to liaise effectively between College Academy staff, employers and the learner to ensure the achievement of a full apprenticeship programme and other work-based programmes in a timely and professional manner, building and maintaining strong working relationships.
