We now have very exciting opportunities available for 2 Clinical Solutions Co-Ordinators in our head office in Buckingham. Reporting to the Clinical Solutions Architect you will support the successful delivery of customised software solutions for Clinical Trials projects by ensuring customer requirements are accurately captured and correctly implemented.
Responsibilities as a Clinical Solutions Co-Ordinator:
Where required, assisting the Clinical Solution Designer with Customer Specification Requirements from clinical trials protocols and Vitalograph service proposals.
Contributing to User Acceptance Testing of customised & configured solutions to ensure all implemented customer requirements are tested efficiently & effectively.
Generation of data required for data management study software validation.
Supporting the Project Managers in ensuring all project timelines relating to solution deliveries are achieved.
Act as Vitalograph SME for customer product customisation questions and queries.
Assisting with VIR investigations/CAPAs related to product customisations and/or UAT to help improve documentation, systems, and processes.
Assisting the Clinical Solutions Designer with customisation specification & testing process improvements.
Performing User acceptance testing on generic study solution systems.
Ensure study-specific system setup process is implemented in a timely manner by liaising with the Setup Instructions author to develop, Review & Approve Setup Instructions.
Requirements as a Clinical Solutions Co-Ordinator:
Able to coordinate activities across multiple concurrent projects.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Logical approach to problem-solving.
Good IT skills - including use of MS Office or equivalent (excel/word/outlook).
Problem solving in a work environment.
Delivering training and internal staff.
5 GCSEs grade 4-9 (or equivalent) including Maths & English.
Desirable:
Understanding of GCP
Understanding of Medical and Clinical Trials Terminology
Understanding of User Acceptance Testing
Knowledge of Vitalograph Clinical Trials' Products & Services
Experience of working to SOPs / QMS
Experience working in clinical trials
Bachelor's Degree (2:2 or higher).
