The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a warm desk with an established client portfolio. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a role where the foundations are already in place, allowing you to leverage existing relationships while developing new opportunities using your professional judgement and market expertise.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Managing and developing relationships with an established client base of Private Practice firms and in-house legal teams
2. Conducting candidate searches across all practice areas and seniority levels
3. Building your personal brand and network within the legal market
4. Engaging in soft-touch business development, focusing on relationship building rather than hard selling
5. Using your recruitment instincts to identify and pursue profitable opportunities across multiple geographies and practice areas
What We're Looking For
6. Proven experience in legal recruitment or broader professional services recruitment
7. Strong relationship-building skills and natural networking ability
8. Commercial awareness and the ability to spot market opportunities
9. Self-motivated with excellent judgement and decision-making skills
10. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
