We are seeking an experienced IT Architect to lead the documentation of our current (“as-is”) IT landscape. Identify and document all system integrations, APIs, data exchanges, and dependencies. Develop detailed “as-is” architecture diagrams showing systems, integrations, and data flows. Work across each department and technical teams to validate accuracy of mapping. Highlight current architecture pain points, risks, and technical debt as observed. Create a consolidated repository of architecture artefacts for future reference. Provide recommendations on documentation standards and governance for ongoing architecture maintenance. What We’re Looking For: Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with the core values of TAAS throughout career to date. Experience in non-profit or similar organisational environments. Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks. Proven experience as an IT Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Solutions Architect. Strong track record in system mapping and integration documentation. Excellent understanding of enterprise IT components (infrastructure, applications, databases, cloud services, networking). Experience in integration technologies (APIs, middleware, data pipelines). Ability to create clear and professional architecture artefacts (diagrams, inventories, documentation). Strong stakeholder engagement and interviewing skills to gather technical details from various teams.
