Strong networking and infrastructure knowledge. Experience with endpoint management for Windows and macOS devices. Experience in cyber security and access control. A full UK driving licence is required. Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. Ability to work independently within a structured environment. Responsibilities: We are responsible for the day-to-day operation, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure across UK sites. We will support REST APIs, webhooks, SSO integrations, and the secure management of credentials and service accounts. We will maintain Windows Server environments, including 2022 and 2025. We will manage Azure cloud services and virtual networks. We will monitor system performance and uptime, and proactively resolve infrastructure issues. We will administer Microsoft Entra ID and Azure access controls. We will manage cyber security tools including CrowdStrike, WatchGuard, and Barracuda. We will enforce security policies and least privilege access. We will support audits and security reviews. We will deploy and manage Windows and macOS devices. We will provide 1st and 2nd line user support. We will manage helpdesk tickets within agreed SLAs. We will support LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi environments. We will maintain switches, routers, and firewalls.
