The King William is a traditional community two room pub. The King William is situated on a main road location in Pensett close to the hospital. Internally there is a pool table and darts which lends itself to be more of the sports area for teams etc whilst there is also a comfortable lounge area too. There is a large car park and a beer garden to the rear.
The site is currently trading at £5,000 per week with scope to increase that to £8,000 through local activity. The pub is 100% wet only. We are looking for a strong community operator who is able to engage with the local community.
