TITLE: LEGAL SECRETARY
Responsibilities
* Greeting Clients and arranging appointments.
* Answering telephone calls in a professional manner, dealing with enquiries, accurately recording and relaying telephone messages to necessary departments.
* Production of letters and Legal Documents using digital dictation with use of Microsoft Word, Access and Outlook.
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, e-mail enquiries, sending correspondence by Fax and E-mail.
* Photocopying and printing various documents.
* Filing, updating and maintaining filing systems and databases.
* Any other duties as may be required by the Employer.
Essential criteria
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Excellent level of English
* Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
* Have good time keeping skills
* Previous experience in Conveyancing and Probate Preferred but not necessary.
Hours
36.25 per week
Monday – Friday 9.15 A.M. to 5.30 P.M. with a break of 60 minutes for lunch
TYPEWRITING /WORDPROCESSING IS ESSENTIAL
AND KNOWLEDGE OF OFFICE PROFESSIONAL AND PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE
