Trust Educational Psychologist and SEND Lead
Minerva Learning Trust is seeking a dedicated Trust Educational Psychologist and SEND Lead to join our growing multi-academy trust. Located at our Central Office with travel between schools, this permanent role offers a salary on NJC Grade 10, point 41 (£50,788) to point 45 (£54,928) gross per annum, for 37 hours per week.

Role Overview
This role is unique and goes beyond the usual statutory responsibilities. The successful candidate will lead on our Trust-wide SEND Strategy, support and advise schools, and develop practice for our vulnerable pupils. You will work closely with senior leaders to enhance SEND provision and ensure high-quality support across the Trust.
