As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working with students in maths, science, computing, or general lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups. You will help pupils with SEND access learning effectively, encourage curiosity and confidence, and provide academic and emotional support across primary, secondary, or SEN settings.
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven STEM graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in our partner schools across North Hampshire, including Basingstoke, Farnborough, Hook, and Alton. Whether you're interested in teaching, educational psychology, or just want to gain meaningful experience, this is a brilliant starting point.
No classroom experience? No problem. We offer full support, including free CPD, experience days, and ongoing guidance to help you step into the classroom with confidence and purpose.
