Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to working with our established client in the Shaftesbury area who are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary (Commercial Property) on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Providing administrative assistance to the commercial property department
Assisting the Partner to run their caseload
Production of Stamp Duty Land tax returns, land registry and companies house applications
Liaison with clients over the phone, email and face to face
Opening and closing files
Assisting with billing and credit control
Production a range of documents including typing
Adhoc duties as and when required What you need in order to succeed:
Previous commercial property experience is essential
Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative
Some administrative experience is preferable with a good range of IT skills
Strong communication skills, accuracy and the ability to work with discretion What you will receive in return:
