Willingness to travel extensively across the Borough for site inspections is essential. What the Job Involves The role is based within the Strategic Property Team's Facilities Management unit, dedicated to a fixed-term Compliance Project aimed at ensuring a fully compliant property estate for the Council. You will conduct site inspections, manage third-party contractors to rectify compliance issues, and update the compliance tracker. You will work alongside two project-specific Lawyers for statutory compliance guidance and coordinate with the permanent Compliance Team to support ongoing operations and documentation.
