Account Manager / Client Services

Manchester | Hybrid (3 days in-studio, 2 days WFH)

£32k-£36k DOE

9.30 – 5.30 | No late nights | No pitching

A talented Account Manager / Client Service individual with 3+ years of experience. You’ll be part of a small team where ideas, creativity, and collaboration are valued.

The Account Manager will play a central role in managing and nurturing client relationships across our key clients including and Outdoor Clothing Brand, Hospitality Group and Communications Technology business. You will be responsible for driving client briefs from conception to completion, ensuring seamless communication between clients and the studio.

Responsibilities

* Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
* Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth
* Manage all reporting about the position of customers' accounts
* Brief the design team with clarity and confidence. Assess where projects are up to and convey lead times to clients, keeping them updated at all times.
* Manage and track the agreed budget v actual time spent.

Digital Delivery Experience

* Oversee the account management of websites and digital platforms
* Understanding implications of client requirements including amends, integrations and CMS builds
* Ensure work meets agreed scope, timelines and quality expectations
* Support structured QA and testing processes before launch with team

Requirements

* Previous account management experience in a design agency
* Highly organised with strong project management skills, ensuring deadlines and briefs are met
* Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
* Willingness and ability to travel
* Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and driving ROI
* Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
