We’ll treat you like part of the family – respected, trained, coached, and supported as you build your skills and confidence. With the guidance of our experienced chefs and through our training partner HIT Training, you'll earn while you learn over a 12-month programme, completing the Level 2 Production Chef apprenticeship. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to progress through further apprenticeships or through McMullen’s own in-house GROW training programme.

Your Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve dishes to company specifications, maintaining high standards that keep guests coming back
* Maintain food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in line with company and legal standards
* Receive deliveries and store food correctly
* Contribute to keeping the kitchen environment clean, safe, and organized
About You:
You’ll be a positive, enthusiastic individual with:
* A hands-on approach and willingness to learn
* Strong communication skills
* The ability to stay calm under pressure
* A genuine passion for cooking and working with fresh ingredients
