The Role

As a Service Advisor in the aftermarket team, you will support the Service Manager in organising staffing and workflow, ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
Duties:
1. Provide prompt customer service in person and over the phone
2. Organise and prioritise work to achieve targets efficiently
3. Maintain high standards and collaborate effectively with colleagues
4. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses and service excellence
Requirements:
5. Previously worked as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
6. Customer service experience with excellent organisational skills
7. Ability to exceed customer expectations and work effectively in a team
